Pink and Green Team

Our team captain at Pink and Green is Luke Hansford. When Luke decided to start his own lawn care company, like most at the beginning, had to do all the work himself. However, Pink and Green extended quickly as Luke’s passion for the industry grew. Already having an eye for landscape design, Luke immersed himself in all aspects of the lawn and landscape industry. Being a problem solver, when Luke had trouble finding plants for his designs he had Pink and Green purchase their own plant nursery so he could grow the plants he and his customers wanted. Luke’s personality for customer relations coupled with his background in business has allowed Pink and Green to continue to grow while maintaining great relationships with our long-standing customers.

If Luke is the team captain, then Lana (Luke’s wife) is the glue that holds the team together. Shortly after Luke and Lana decided to start Pink & Green in 2009, Lana took control of the helm and soon the ‘back of the house’ operations was her domain. However, since she does have a knack for adding her own flair to just about every aspect of the business her work does often show up in the ‘front of the house’. In fact, her flair may show up in the ‘front of your house’ too. Because of this we often refer to her as the ‘Pink” to Luke’s ‘Green’. Lana has a passion for numbers and keeping everything perfectly organized. She is always taking on new ventures to ensure her vision of Pink & Green is fulfilled, which is to be a “one stop shop” for our customers.

Jennifer joined the Pink and Green team in 2015. Jennifer serves as our Landscape Project Manager. She manages all our residential, commercial and construction landscape project installations. She is very hands-on and ensures that all our projects run efficiently from inception to completion including estimating and contract review, permitting, progress billings and close-out.

Pink & Green’s Customer Service Specialist is dedicated to ensure customer satisfaction, but also manages scheduling, logistics, the lawn care crew, hedge crew, tree trimming crew, and weed spray crew for all residential and commercial properties.

Adriana joined the Pink & Green team in July 2019. As our youngest team member, she has grown into her position as our Accounting Clerk. Adriana plays a keen role in overseeing our Fertilizer, Pest Control, and Irrigation Crew.

Lina joined the Pink & Green team as our Manager of Business Operations in December, 2021. Lina brings to our team a passion for sales and marketing with a goal to continue nurturing existing relationships and cultivating new ones. Edwin has been working with Pink and Green for a few years as our commercial and residential pest control/fertilizer technician. Edwin is very knowledgeable with treating trees, lawns and pests. His role is an important one as he is responsible for keeping our customer’s properties green and pest free.

Guillaume, also known as “Frenchy” is Pink & Green’s master tree trimmer, onsite handyman and mechanic. Frenchy has been in this field his entire life and comes with a wealth of knowledge, being a third-generation landscaper/mechanic. He is a fully licensed tree trimming expert with safety and compliance as his top priority. Tree Trimming is highly regulated by the city and thanks to Frenchy his team is always up to date on the ever-changing rules and regulations.

Rudy began working for Pink and Green back in 2018. With his vast knowledge in Tree Trimming, Irrigation and Landscape Installation, he makes sure to bring Luke’s designs to life. When it’s all said and done, Rudy makes sure all our clients are completely satisfied with the work provided.

Jeff is our commercial/residential irrigation manager. He began working at Pink & Green in 2016 as our pest control/fertilization technician and transitioned in 2020 to being our full-time irrigation technician. Jeff and his team currently spearhead new irrigation installations while also maintaining the irrigation systems for most of our residential and commercial properties.
